Where can I find the application, 'Remove Office' ?
'Remove Office' is located in the Additional Tools folder in the following locations:

What is the difference between remove and delete ?
If you drag the Microsoft Office folder to the trash and delete it, it will remove the applications, but it will not remove preferences and other hidden files. Your data in the Microsoft User Data folder is also not removed.
'Remove Office' in Office 2008
- does remove receipts in Library/Receipts (old receipts could make the AutoUpdater think you are already updated)
- receipts start with 'office2008'
- Snow Leopard users: You need remove the com.microsoft....plist files in this invisible folder. In the Finder toolbar under Go, paste in this path: /private/var/db/receipts
- does not remove Automator Actions in Library/Automator
- does not remove Microsoft Preferences in ~/ Library/Preferences
- If you do remove your User's Microsoft preferences, be sure to save your dictionary file in the Microsoft folder in preferences.

'Remove Office', an Office application is used to completely remove all Office files in Office 2004 and older versions of Office.
Delete Microsoft Office 2008 From Mac To Computer
'Remove Office' removes both preference files and custom templates, so you should make a backup copy of the preferences and templates in another location on the machine before running the removal tool. See Files to Backup.
Tip: put your templates in your Microsoft User Data folder, where they won't be touched, and set the Project Gallery to find them there.
Using 'Remove Office' does not delete your Microsoft User Data folder that contains your email messages.

If you added items to your documents using the Elements Gallery of Office 2008 for Mac, you can remove them just as easily. You remove full-page elements, such as cover pages, a little differently from the way you remove other, smaller elements, such as a chart, table, or WordArt.
To remove elements that aren’t full-page elements, such as charts, tables, SmartArt Graphics, and such, select the element you want to remove and press the Delete key on your keyboard.
The easiest way to remove a full-page element is by using its shortcut menu, represented by the little dog-eared page icon with a triangle. Click this icon and choose the Remove menu option — in the figure, it’s Remove Cover Page.
How To Remove Microsoft Office 2008 From Mac
Sometimes, the shortcut menu isn’t available. Here’s another way to delete a full-page element:
Microsoft Word 2008 For Mac
Choose View→Publishing Layout and then choose View→Navigation Pane.
The Navigation Pane appears on the left side of the document.
Click the thumbnail image that represents your element.
The element is selected.
Click the Remove button in the Standard toolbar.
The element disappears.
